The Department of Education has awarded Byte Construct a $15 million contract for work at Caversham Primary, one of the WA schools set to be upgraded under the state budget.
Byte Construct will build Marine Rescue headquarters and facilities for the Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club and Joondalup City RSL, as part of the state's $272 million Ocean Reef marina redevelopment.
Dozens of new public schools will be built across Perth in the coming years, with the state government having approved millions of dollars' worth of developments and refurbishments.
The state government made several announcements over the weekend related to projects in the South West, including Collie's $13.4 million emergency services management centre.
