Bontempo Nominees

Bontempo Nominees is the private holding company of Carmelo (Charlie) Bontempo and Anne Bontempo. It has significant holdings in the King Street retail precinct in Perth's CBD as well as controlling a 20% stake in Tempo Australia, a listed entity chaired by Mr Bontempo, who was one of the four founding partners of United Construction Holdings (today known as UGL Ltd). He was also managing director of Monadelphous Group during the company’s early restructuring period in the late 1990s.
