Blue Phoenix Group made its investment in Western Australia, through subsidiary Blue Phoenix Western Australia, which received a 25-year contract with Avertas Energy to build, own and operate an Incinerator Bottom Ash (IBA) processing facility at Kwinana. Avertas Energy is an energy-from-waste facility, also located in Kwinana.
