Biz-Assist is a crisis management insurance product, backed by Lloyd’s of London.

The Biz-Assist insurance policy and response team helps respond to a crisis that affects the company's people, environment, assets, reputation and livelihood. Its policy covers the costs of crisis management support in the first 14 days after an event and includes events such as workplace fatality, fire, flood, supply chain disruption, loss of license to operate, and reputation issues.
