Australian Honey Ventures has launched its third capital raising with a $1 million target set to fund research for its medical-grade honey products.

The Birchal platform has raised $100m over four years, with Perth companies Australian Honey Ventures and Bunsters among the latest WA enterprises to garner funding via the site.

Australian Honey Ventures' medical-grade honey will be sold on pharmacy shelves in Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates, as the startup launches a capital raising.
