Arrowhead Resources (formerly Gippsland Limited) engaged in the exploration and development of mineral resources. The company primarily held interests in the Nuweibi tantalum, tin, niobium, and feldspar project located in the central eastern desert of Egypt. It also owned interests in 8 gold prospects and 1 copper-nickel prospect covering an area of approximately 144 square kilometers in the Wadi Allaqi region of Egypt; and the Adobha, a copper, gold, and volcanogenic massive sulphide project, which had approximately 2 exploration licenses covering an area of 2,200 square kilometers in the north-western part of Eritrea.

In 2018 the company became Emerge Gaming, following a reverse takeover deal, acquiring Gaming Battleground Pty Ltd.
