One of Western Australia’s oldest listed companies, Schaffer Corporation, held its 50th annual general meeting today, celebrating an unbroken run of providing dividends to shareholders.
West Perth-based industrial company Schaffer Corporation Ltd will acquire limestone block company Archistone Pty Ltd for an enterprise value of $7.75 million, the company has announced.
