Advara is a technology business majority-owned by the WA government’s land registry agency Landgate. It provides IT services to Landgate and is commercialising a cloud-based land registry platform. Advara was incorporated on 23 December 2015. Adecco Holdings paid $2 million for a 22 per cent shareholding on 18 August 2016. Adecco is the parent of Landgate’s main technology provider Ajilon. Advara is led by chief executive Mike Bradford, who was previously chief executive of Landgate. Other government representatives on the Advara board are Landgate chair Caroline de Mori, Landgate director Claire Poll and long-serving public servant Graham Searle. Adecco’s rep is Ger Doyle, who was promoted to a US-based role as president of Modis Enterprise Solutions in September 2017. He was previously CEO of Adecco Australia and managing director of Ajilon.
