Aditya Birla Minerals Limited was an Australian-based mining company. The Company, through its subsidiaries was engaged in the exploration, mining, processing and marketing of copper metal at the Western Australian and Queensland locations. The Company conducted mining and copper exploration activities at the Birla Nifty Copper Operation (BNCO) and the Mt Gordon Copper Operation (MGO). The Company’s parent Company was Hindalco Industries Limited. In August 2016, Metals X acquired Aditya in an off-market takeover.
