Has completed its 100 per cent takeover of APP (WA) Pty Ltd.

LOCAL risk management consultancy firm Farsands will fully acquire its 67 per cent-owned subsidiary APP (WA), which is involved in project, property and events management.

Has entered into an agreement to purchase the remaining equity (33.33 per cent) in project, property and events management company, APP (WA) Pty Ltd.

Announced the acquisition of 66 per cent of the Perth-based project, property and events management company, APP (WA) Pty Ltd (APP).
