Business News understands Subiaco’s Edge Visionary Living is in the process of purchasing the block at 35 Leighton Beach Boulevard, with the off-market deal expected to settle in August.
The Western Australian Land Authority sold the parcel to Victor Goh in 2015, according to industry sources, for $15.4 million.
