Pirate Life Brewing founders have accused parent company CUB, under Asahi, of misleading and deceptive conduct that allegedly led to almost $25 million loss.
Police have released details of the fraud charges against Paramount Earthmoving boss Shawn Tilley.
Mr Tilley, 36, is facing two counts of knowingly using a false record with intent to defraud and a further two counts of giving a false certificate or information with intent to defraud.
He is due to appear in Perth Magistrates Court on November 19.
Police said in a statement released to Business News that the charges followed an investigation by Cannington Detectives into the leasing of a loader.
