ChemX Materials Limited (ASX:CMX)

ChemX’s Stephen Strubel has transitioned from executive director to Non-Executive Director. Mr Strubel remains the Company Secretary.

Fenix Resources Limited (ASX: FEX)

Shannon Coats has been appointed as a non-executive director for Fenix. Natalie Teo has been appointed company secretary, replacing Ms Coats as she transitions to her new role. Ms Coats has over 30 years of experience in corporate law and compliance.

Adriatic Metals (ASX:ADT)

Laura Tyler has been announced as a non-executive director. She will initially serve on the Sustainability Committee and the Remuneration & Nomination Committee. Her appointment is intended to strengthen Adriatic Metals' board as it positions itself to become a leading European producer of critical metals.

Ausgold Limited (ASX:AUC)

Ausgold has announced the appointments of Ben Stockdale and Troy Collie to its leadership team. Mr Stockdale will take on the role of chief financial officer, and Mr Collie has been appointed as manager — environment & approvals. The two appointments are intended to build capacity to deliver the Katanning Gold Project.

Calidus Resources Limited (ASX:CAI)

Richard Tucker and John Bumbak of KordaMentha have been appointed as Receivers and Managers. This appointment follows the board’s decision to appoint FTI Consulting as Voluntary Administrators.

Moho resources (ASX:MOH)

Ralph Winter has resigned as managing director. Bryce Gould has joined Moho as a non-executive director. Mr Gould has 6 years of experience as a corporate advisor focusing on small-cap resources, industrial, and technology companies.  

Perseus Mining Limited (ASX:PRU)

Perseus has announced David Ransom's resignation from his non-executive director role following a period of ill health. Perseus chairman and chief executive Jeff Quartermaine has thanked Mr Ransom for his contribution and said, “Dave has served Perseus with distinction, helping to guide the company through a period of significant growth”.

Terrain Minerals (ASX:TMX)

Jason Macdonald has been appointed as non-executive director, replacing Xavier Braud, who has resigned. Mr MacDonald is a qualified legal practitioner whose extensive experience in legal, corporate and international networks comes at a key time for the Company. Terrain has also advised it in discussions with several senior geologists. Until a suitable candidate has been found to join the board, Trevor Bradley has been engaged as the geological consultant.

Uvre Limited (ASX:UVA)

Following the successful acquisition of Uranium SA Pty Ltd, Uvre announced changes to its board and executive team. Brett Mitchell has transitioned from non-executive director to executive chairman. Founding managing director Peter Woods and non-executive chair Steven Wood have transitioned to be non-executive directors. Charles Nesbitt has resigned from his role as non-executive director, making way for new addition Alex Passmore.

Tyranna Resources Limited ( ASX:TYX)

Tyranna Resources has announced the appointment of managing director David Crook. Mr Crook's appointment enables technical director Peter Spitalny to direct his time to on-site project activities through the newly created position of chief geologist. In addition, David Wheeler will resign from the board, and Paul Williams will transition from executive director to non-executive director.

Yandal Resources Limited (ASX:YRL)

Chris Oorschot has replaced Tim Kennedy as Yandal's Managing Director and chief executive. Mr Kennedy will continue with Yandal as part-time executive director until the end of the year to ensure a smooth transition. This leadership change was originally announced in May this year as part of a board and senior management succession plan.    

Worley Limited (ASX:WOR)

Alison Kitchen AM and Kim Gillis AM have been appointed non-executive directors. Ms Kitchen and Mr Gillis have replaced Wang Xiao Bin and Anne Templeman-Jones, who have stepped down from their roles on the board at the end of the financial year.  Ms Templeman-Jones will continue to work with Worley on a cyber governance and resilience project.

Fortescue Limited (ASX:FMG)

Fortescue has confirmed Cameron Wilson's retirement. Mr Wilson’s retirement from the company secretary role was originally announced in February of this year. Phil McKeiver will continue in the company secretary role.

Dalaroo Metals Limited (ASX:DAL)

Bilal Ahmad and Joshua Gordon have been appointed as non-executive directors of Dalaroo. Robert Beeck has also resigned as a non-executive director.

 Iluka Resources Limited (ASX:ILU)

Peter Smith has joined the board of Iluka as an independent non-executive director. He will also serve on the company's Nominations and Governance Committee and the Sustainability Committee. Mr Smith is credited with 46 years of experience and has worked in various sectors, including gold, coal, metals, and fertilisers.

Calima Energy (ASX:CE1)

Following the successful sale of the majority of Calima’s Canadian activities, non-executive director Lonny Tetley has resigned from the board. Mr Tetley originally joined Calima following its acquisition of Blackspur Oil in 2021.

Neometals (ASX:NMT)

Natalia Streltsova has resigned as a non-executive director of Neometals. She has been on the board of directors since 2016.  Neometals chairman Steven Cole has thanked Dr Streltsova for her contribution and highlighted her outstanding professional input.
