Our board moves wrap includes Chris Salisbury, James Newbury, Bryan Duncan, Grant Ferguson, Stephen Ross, Rex Littlewood, Chris Thoroughgood, Martin Carolan, Maurice Brand, Emma Connor, Lynette Suppiah, Ailsa Osborne, Shannon Coates, Adrian Reynolds, and Peter Sullivan.

BCI Minerals has appointed Chris Salisbury as non-executive director. Mr Salisbury is a metallurgical engineer with over 30 years of operational experience across a diverse range of commodities.

East Energy Resources has appointed James Newbury as executive chair and managing director, Bryan Duncan and  Grant Ferguson as executive directors, and Stephen Ross as non-executive director. Following these appointments, current managing director and executive chair Rex Littlewood and non-executive director Chris Thoroughgood have resigned from their positions.

Martin Carolan has been appointed managing director and chief executive of Global Energy Ventures from June, following Maurice Brand’s decision to step down as executive chair & chief executive to the role of non-executive chair. Mr Carolan, an experienced finance executive and corporate advisor, has been an executive director of the company since February 2019 and has been leading its hydrogen development strategy. The company has also appointed current financial controller Emma Connor as chief financial officer from June.

Jadar Resources has appointed Lynette Suppiah as non-executive director, to oversee the interests of the streaming company. Ms Suppiah has been involved in the base metals and commodities trading industry for over 10 years and holds significant experience in the trading of metals on the London Metals Exchange.

Pathfinder Resources has appointed current chief financial officer Ailsa Osborne as company secretary. She replaces Shannon Coates who has resigned as company secretary.

Resolute Mining has appointed Adrian Reynolds as a non-executive director. Mr Reynolds is a geologist with over 40 years of experience in senior management and advisory roles within the natural resources sector. He replaces Peter Sullivan who has retired from the board after a 20-year tenure with the company, including as managing director and chief executive for 14 years.
