I lead the WA B2B and Hire teams for RSEA Safety.

The team would consider me a pest, as we push for continual improvement.

In the industries where safety products, workwear and road safety equipment are in demand, the end consumer has an abundance of options. Therefore, RSEA Safety & Hire strive every day to meet and exceed our customers expectation. Now like in any industry, it may not always go to plan, however the RSEA ethos is all about customer first, and we pride ourselves on going above and beyond to overcome any obstacle that may arise, for our customers.

I have over six years with RSEA Safety and a total of over nine years in the Industrial Workwear and Safety industry. I am an experienced leader in business and culture turnaround, I am passionate about attracting the best talent and developing them to achieve more than they thought possible.

With almost 20 years of building and managing high performance B2B, retail and sales teams, the grey hair is evident, but success we have been able to share with our teams and our customers makes it all worthwhile.

Outside the office I am a keen cook, an average fisherman and a totally awesome dad to 2 young boys. My wife of 24 years would also consider me a pest.
