State of the Future

The annual State of the Future lunch kicks off the business year, providing an opportunity to network and hear from political and business leaders on what lies ahead.

The keynote address at the 2024 lunch will be delivered by Sue Ellery, one of the most experienced and influential ministers in the State Government.

As Minister for Finance, Commerce and Women’s Interests and Leader in the Legislative Council, she has oversight of key policies and programs affecting the business sector and the wider community.

Ms Ellery will provide an overview of the government’s priorities for the coming year.

Her keynote address will be followed by a panel discussion with business leaders from various industries including health, resources and agribusiness, exploring opportunities and challenges facing Western Australia.
