The Department of Conservation and Land Management recently executed a twenty-one year lease agreement with Tony Villanova’s Yanchep Inn Nominees.
Mr Villanova has a three stage plan to upgrade the inn, build a new kiosk and tearooms and develop up to thirty new motel units.
The first stage involves redevelopment of the upstairs area into nine suites, two conference rooms and a meeting room, construction of thirteen motel units, building the kiosk and upgrading sewerage, power and water supplies.
The second stage involves developing eight ensuite rooms and two seminar rooms and upgrading the inn.
Third stage works include upgrading the inn dining room, foyer and bars, the redevelopment of the inn kitchen and building an outdoors alfresco area.
