BILL Wyllie’s 1526-hectare Murray River Farm, situated 110 kilometres south of Perth, is still on the market for $16.8 million.
The farm, owned by Mr Wyllie’s property and investment company the Wyllie Group, was placed on the market earlier this year.
Mr Wyllie said negotiations with a prospective interstate buyer had fallen through and he was still keen to sell the farm as part of his move to rationalise his business interests.
“Murray River Farm is a magnificent investment and it has huge potential. I am sure it will again attract a lot of interest from prospective buyers around the world,” he said.
Features of the property include a man-made lake, a three-hole golf course, waterfalls, large areas of manicured gardens, a blue gum tree plantation, large cleared areas for grazing, a floating gazebo and a full-time manager and staff. The property also includes 1700 head of Angus Aberdeen cattle, two five-star luxuriously appointed residences and many world-class features.
CB Richard Ellis has been appointed as the sole selling agent.
