World Diamond Conference

On Monday December 1 and Tuesday December 2 Louthean Media are conducting the World Diamond Conference incorporating the Australian Diamond Conference, at the Rendezvous Observation City Hotel.

Billed as the event for everyone and anyone in the diamond industry, from junior miners, and explorers to mining suppliers, contractors and government agencies, the conference will explore a wide range of topics such as new discoveries and technology, future prospects and projects and the local and international retail market.

Keynote speakers for the conference include De Beers Group group manager exploration Bill McKechnie; Elkedra Diamonds technical director Dr Linda Tompkins; Namakwa Diamond Co. NL chairman Karl Simich; Kalahari Diamonds director John Bristow; and Tawana Resources Ltd managing director Wolf Marx.
