The Woodside Valley Foundation – a new not-for-profit organisation set up to preserve WA’s arts heritage – has appointed its inaugural board of directors.
Professor Don Watts will chair the Woodside Valley Foundation board consisting of managing director and chairman of publishing companies R.I.C. Publications Pty Ltd and Prim-Ed Publishing Pty Ltd Peter Woods and managing partner of BDO Charted Accountants Geoff Brayshaw.
Wayne Martin, Simon Watson and Marie Louise Wordsworth also sit as board directors.
Additionally, Jonathan Lamprell-Jarrett will step in as auditor and Professor Leslie Marchant has been named Foundation patron.
