The Master Builder’s association will hold a seminar designed specifically for women in the construction and building industry on July 29 at the Olive Tree Restaurant in West Perth.
The session is aimed at those running or assisting in a small to medium businesses, as well as those staff in administrative or sales positions within large organisations.
The seminar will cover a wide range of topics involved in operating a business in the building and construction industry with the primary goal being able to make better and more informed decisions.
Over the course of the day the seminar will dissect the business process from marketing to after-sales support, and will be broken down into manageable pieces to identify objectives and outcomes needed to meet overall goals.
The seminar will also use examples from the construction industry to ensure explanations are provided and to give a ‘real-life’ perspective.
It will be informal and interactive and gives attendees an opportunity to network with peers and exchange ideas.
