Wheat board shifts its focus

The Australian Wheat Board, privatised on 1 July 1999, is operating under a new structure which, according to AWB Limited WA regional manager, Greg Harvey, is more commercially focussed while continuing to be customer driven.

In line with the new commercial focus, AWB Limited has relocated from Belmont to London House, St George’s Terrace.

“Our new St George’s Terrace location will send a strong signal to the business community – both locally and internationally – about our new focus,” Mr Harvey said.

“We want to be seen by the business community as a high performance, dynamic market-leading and growth orientated company.”
