Westpoint assets go to auction

THE latest roll-out of commercial properties belonging to the fallen Westpoint empire have come on to the market. This time, buyers will have the opportunity to bid for the strata-title of Bin 305 restaurant on Murray Street, as well as an additional eight strata units at the Warwick Entertainment Complex. Agents Burgess Rawson, under instruction from receivers and managers KordaMentha, will go to auction with prime commercial properties including the Westpac Bank and the Topolinis Restaurant at the Warwick Entertainment Complex and four, first-floor professional office/medical suites ranging from 91sq m to 179sq m in the Warwick Healthcare Centre. The properties are to be auctioned at Unit 2, 639 Beach Road, Warwick, at 11am on Thursday October 5.
