Western Power unveils 5-year plan

Western Power will replace or reinforce 164,000 power poles and re-install 1,073 kilometres of power lines under its new $8.5 billion, five-year investment plan, which the power utility is preparing to lodge with the Economic Regulation Authority.

What has happened to the underground power project!!! And why don't they combine such a project with other infrastructure groups umm maybe nbn rollout.... Everyone would win and if you're going to dig up the street why not pool the effort, the costs, the disruption to neighborhood and just do it. Such waste from these government entities
