Advise that the Company has entered into an agreement with Mazzelli Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of Navigator Resources Ltd to sell the Perseverance gold exploration tenements held by the West Australian Metals’ wholly owned subsidiary, Bronzewing Gold Ltd.
