Warrand joins SWDC

The South West Development Commission has appointed Patrick Warrand to the newly-created role of strategic manager – infrastructure.

Mr Warrand was previously general manager at Premier Coal and prior to that, spent over 20 years at BHP Billiton in WA, Canada and Indonesia.
