Mr Marmion can thank his mining minister predessors for inheriting good legislation. His legislation is held up in the Upper House for review. Simon Bennison from AMEC wants beureacrats to sort out the Regulations, NO WAY. I'm glad this new legislation is getting reviewed because in my opinion if it gets passed we can kiss good bye to number one.

Well done & congratulations Western Australia. A great effort has kept us from a recession and a positive attitude helps. A down turn is often the best time to expand and start new ventures as costs are lower and competition is often in a hunkering down mind set.
