The real estate market is just finding its feet again after the Govt interference of the first home buyers scheme. The down turn of new properties will be offset by the increase in sales of existing housing. The Real Estate market is very healthy and has some semblance of balance now it is a free market. How long before the Govt understands that propping up the building industry and developers is not the answer to help in a recession.
