WA jobless rate hits 14-year high

Unemployment in Western Australia is now at its highest since 2002 with new figures today revealing a 0.4 percentage point increase to 6.9 per cent in November.

6.9% Jobless? What will the real figure be? I think 15% is more truthful. With almost 60% of the working population being casual, with no rights, no holidays, they are not allowed to register. Only people laid off from permanent jobs, which are very few, are eligible. But Colin Barnett's working poor, or flexible workforce, don't count in these unemployed figures.
