The Belmont store of fast food pizza chain Domino's has copped a fine of more than $28,000 as the state's health department unveiled the latest list of hygiene offenders.
The Great Eastern Highway store was found to have breached several health regulations from between May to November last year, including failing to keep the premises and appliances clean.
In total, the store was fined $27,550 plus $1,078 in costs.
Other fast food chains featured in the latest list, with McDonalds in Warnbro fined $10,888 for unclean premises while Red Rooster in Rockingham was fined $6,888 for its breaches late last year.
Another restaurant issued with a substantial fine was the Golden Century Seafood Chinese Restaurant in Northbridge for a number of breaches early last year. The restaurant was fined $25,000 plus $874 in costs.
The list is compiled by the Department of Health using information volunteered by local councils.
