Employees, remember that Unions will still get their pay packet at the end of the day! You employees won't or maybe you'll see some of your mates sacked. Adjust your pay according to market conditions. You are a household product, show some good Australian mateship and keep your company that you have all built together. Consider buying a share of their business and invest in what you have helped build. Remember a Union rep will still get paid so do what is right for your family, stay employed

If they are so concern with pay cuts as they so call say how about starting with management pay cuts, they're the reason why we are all in this situation and then just maybe they will feel like what its like to live on the pay they are wanting workers to live on. Monkeys could operate the company better, management is a disgrace to all companies, they're all in it to fill there pockets up and not care bout others.
