WA Insolvency Solutions merges with Jirsch Sutherland

WA Insolvency Solutions has announced a merger with national insolvency accounting practice Jirsch Sutherland, with the six WA offices continuing to trade under their existing name.

Prior to the merge, WA Insolvency Solutions was owned and managed by directors Kim Strickland and Chris Williamson and specialised in corporate and personal insolvency and business restructuring.

Jirsch Sutherland Perth partner Bob Jacobs will join Mr Strickland and Mr Williamson at the WA practice, along with the existing 23 WA staff members from both firms.

Mr Strickland was appointed as managing director of the combined WA practice, which will introduce forensic accounting and litigation support to their existing services.

The company did not disclose the value of the merge.
