Three Western Australian business arts partnerships have been celebrated in this year’s Australian Business Arts Foundation awards.
Croc Festival and OPSM won the AbaF Buisiness Arts Partnership of the Year.
The festival is aimed at young people in regional and remote areas. It originated in Weipa and has been held in Derby, Kalgoorlie and Geraldton.
OPSM supports the festival by providing 12,500 young people across regional areas with free eye tests and 225 free pairs of spectacles.
Wesfarmers won the Corporate Strategy Award for the way it managed its arts partnerships to maximise benefits to both parties.
Through Wesfarmers Arts the company maintains an extensive portfolio of arts partnerships.
Yacht Grot and the WA Symphony Orchestra won the small business award.
