Viento Group's contracting business has won a $2.7 million contract to provide rail works for Fortescue Metals Group.
Viento Contracting Services will carry out a batter stabilisation package for FMG, with the work expected to be completed by the end of the year.
"We are excited by the opportunity to continue our services to FMG as we build a mutually rewarding partnership," VCS managing director Patrick Pearcey said.
VCS recently completed the $15.4 million construction of a tailings storage facility at FMG's Solomon project.
The company said today it had a high level of tenders in the pipeline.
