Vic Park showroom to go under hammer

A RETAIL showroom complex in the heart of East Victoria Park, one of Perth's premier commercial showroom strips, is to be auctioned by Colliers Jardine on site on 14 October.

The high profile building is located close to the intersection of Albany Highway, Shepperton Road and Welshpool Road.

Fully refurbished last year, the currently vacant building has two distinct tenancies of 950 square metres and 875 square metres, each with two separate showrooms and independent access.

Market analysts value the property at about $1.5 million.

Colliers Jardine sales consultant, Brett Halvorson said the site was in an ideal location with almost 20,000 vehicles passing each day.
