Arthur Litis sold the heritage-listed building for $3.06 million after more than three decades of ownership.
A heritage-listed building in Victoria Park has sold for $3.05 million to a private investor, in the first time the building has changed hands since 1986.
Arthur Litis Nominees Pty Ltd sold the 595 square metre building at 335 Albany Highway to Huihe Pty Ltd, run by Huiling Li of Applecross.
Ray White Commercial WA agents Stephen Harrison and Brett Wilkins negotiated the sale on the property, which is leased to TAB, Crust Pizza, Red Basil Thai, a barber and financial advisors.
The two-storey Coolgardie Chambers is heritage-listed and was built in the 1940s.
“The property is located in the heart of Victoria Park’s vibrant food and retail precinct,” Mr Harrison said.
The building has a weighted average lease expiry of 5.17 years.
