Construction and engineering contractor VDM Group has announced Michael Fry and Richard Mickle have been appointed to its board as non-executive directors.

Mr Fry is a qualified chartered accountant with over 18 years experience in the areas of accounting andcorporate advice, having worked for both KPMG in Perth and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Melbourne and more recently with boutique corporate advisory practice Troika Securities in Perth as a senior corporate advisor.
Mr Mickle holds more than 30 years experience in engineering, including 24 years at John Holland.
The appointments of Mr Fry and Mr Mickle, together with the recent appointment of Andrew Broad as chief executive and Rod Gonzales as chief operating officer are key recommendations of a recently completed review of VDM's operations.
VDM Chairman Michael Perrott was delighted to announce the appointments.
