Rhys Kelly has been appointed as 23rd president of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) in Western Australia. Mr Kelly has been elected for a two year term, which will see both a state and federal election. He has been actively involved in the development industry for fifteen years and is currently a director of QUBE Property Group. Mr Kelly has extensive experience in land subdivisions as well as apartment and commercial developments. Prior to being elected as UDIA President in Western Australia, he was vice president of UDIA WA for two years and has been on council for the past eight years. During his time on council he held a number of positions including chair of the UDIA Environment Committee and chair the South West Development Committee.
