TRADING in United Energy shares ceased this week as United formally came under the banner of Power Partnership, jointly owned by Alinta and AMP.
This means United Energy’s network services contractor subisidiary National Power Systems is now jointly controlled by Alinta, as is United’s 66.5 per cent holding in Uecomm.
Power Partnership has paid $3.15 per share for United.
