WARNER Bros. animation experts will present a talk at the Film and Television Institute in Fremantle on 5 May.
Warner Bros. senior vice president of creative affairs Linda Steiner and vice president of human resources and operations Scott Setterberg – who are in Perth to look for new projects – will discuss the role animation studios play in today’s entertainment market.
In the two days prior to the event, the pair will have seen several pitches from Perth artists so the main aim of the discussion will be to hone in on the ‘right’ ideas and how to
present them to the US market.
The ‘strategic pitch plan’ and a day in the life of the creative affairs division will be discussed.
Time will also be allowed for attendees to present their ideas in a mock pitch session.
