Two depart from Agrimin board

Potash aspirant Agrimin has announced a series of board changes, a day after positive conversion and flotation results from its flagship Mackay potash project were released to the market.

Agrimin chair Richard Seville, who was appointed to the role in August 2019, has resigned from the company, along with fellow former chair Brad Sampson.

Both resignations are effective immediately.

The departures mean Agrimin’s board presently consists of Debbie Morrow – the company’s managing director and CEO – along with Mark Savich and Alec Pismiris, who will take on the role of interim chair while the company finds a replacement.

During its June 2024 quarterly report, the Nedlands-based junior told the market it was moving towards a final investment decision at Mackay, located in the West Arunta region, and had signed multiple binding offtake agreements in relation to production of salt and potash at the site.

Agrimin closed trade at 18 cents.
