It’s official - most WA tradies don’t like daylight saving. The Master Builders Association of WA surveyed more than 1,200 of its members at the end of the summer trial period and found 68 per cent of its members were against it. MBA director Michael McLean said most in opposition found it too hard to start work in the early morning in the dark, and too hot when they finally knocked off for the day. Those in favour liked the extra light in the evening for family time, he said.
