A DELEGATION from the Chinese Export Commodity Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, was in Perth last Friday to promote the Trade Fair to WA businesses. WA Chinese Chamber of Commerce executive director Liz Chin-Seet, who promoted the fair to WA companies, said there already had been many enquires from local business looking to source manufacturers from China. The fair will be held in two phases over April with a total of 310,000 square metres of exhibition space, 5,000 booths, and 8,000 exhibitors. Over 100,000 attendees from all over the world with a combined projected turnover of more than $US18 billion are expected.
