The real estate boom in WA: How long will it last?

The Australia-Israel Chamber of Commerce is hosting a breakfast with special guest speaker Greg Rossen, October 4 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Mr Rossen is president of the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia and one of Australia’s most successful real estate principals and auctioneers. With 25 years’ experience in real estate backing his presentation, Mr Rossen will focus on: •the drivers of recent demand; •direct and indirect influences affecting property trends and prices, being demographics and housing demands, financial factors and affordability; and •the outlook; including sustainability of the current cycle, chaos theory, long wave economic boom theory and the impact of energy cost increases.
