The WA Economy – Opportunities for future growth

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA is hosting a corporate luncheon with guest speaker Premier Alan Carpenter MLA, June 16 at the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre. Mr Carpenter’s elevation as premier comes at a time when the economy is booming on the back of higher mining exports and investment as well as strong construction activity. However, this strong economic growth also presents a number of challenges, with chronic skills shortages affecting many industries. With his first budget now behind him, Mr Carpenter must now focus on how his government plans to manage the growth, opportunities and challenges ahead. To hear Mr Carpenter speak about these issues, contact CCI on 9365 7500 or email Registration costs $88 for CCI members and $110 for non members.
