The Western Australian Chinese Chamber of Commerce is holding a seminar that will focus on the medium term effects of the current real estate boom, July 12 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Guest speaker, REIWA president Greg Rossen, will discuss the direct and indirect influences affecting property trends and prices. Adrian Momber, who has been managing the retail side of HSBC in WA for seven years, will give participants a good idea of the quantum of bank loan they would realistically have access to in any residential property purchase. Finally, to add a touch of Chinese wisdom to the subject, Feng Shui expert Juliana Abram will enlighten participants on some of the important principles of Feng Shui in property purchase. Registration for this event coasts $30 for WACCC members and $35 for non members. For more information contact the chamber on 9481 8228 or email admin@waccc.com.au.
