The Australian Property Institute (API), the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Finsia) and the Finance and Treasury Association (FTA) are hosting their annual commercial property outlook breakfast, September 19 at the Hyatt Regency. Guest speaker David Cresp, associate director research consultancy for Colliers International (WA) Pty Ltd, will share his view on the current property boom, bringing expertise gained from over 10 years experience in the Perth property market. Pivot Group executive director Ben Laurance will also present a view on the Perth property market and its future, using knowledge drawn from the Pivot Group’s 30 year history of providing the money and expertise to take commercial property projects from conception to completion.
