The Future of Professional Practice

On Friday August 29 the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia is conducting a one day conference titled The Future of Professional Practice, at the Rendezvous Observation City Hotel.

The conference has been designed for partners, principles, directors, and managers of small and medium sized accounting firms who are involved in the management and development of their business and are looking for solutions to common practice management challenges.

The conference will cover issues such as how to capitalise on business development opportunities in Western Australia; how to grow your client base and your fees; how to find attract and retain good people; how to fund your practice for the future; and how to reduce your exposure to risk.

Registration for the conference can be made with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia for $450 for full day registration for members, $495 for full day registration for non-members or $265 for half day registration for members and $295 for half day registration for non-members.
