The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of WA is conducting a workshop titled Fundamentals of Tenders and Contracts, on Tuesday September 23 at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Centre for Learning.
The workshop has been designed to assist people who review, prepare or submit tenders to understand documentation processes, their legal responsibilities and the different types of contracts.
Topics that will be covered during the workshop include, what is a tender; when does a tender become a contract; basic contract law; tender documentation; types of contracts; acceptance of tender; contractual management; and finalisation of the contract.
