Targeting success

NEWLY-FORMED human resources consultancy firm KNIPE Management will cater predominantly to small and medium sized businesses to provide performance management expertise.

“Increasingly, most roles in business in Australia are having a sales focus incor-porated into them, and organisations and employees alike can find it challenging to deal with this,” the business’ founder, James Miller, said.

“What KNIPE does is work with the client to clarify business goals and then the corresponding success factors, and roll these up to lift the performance and/or sales related processes, to get the most out of employees’ ability and talents.”

Mr Miller has held human resource manager positions at both Dome Coffees Australia and the National Australia Bank WA – Retail and Premium business.
